  I have been waiting for one month just to get insurance approval for an injection. They were supposed to call me when they received approval from my insurance to schedule an appointment. After not hearing from them for 3 weeks I called and of course had to leave a voicemail. Another week went by without a return phone call so I called again and left another voicemail. I am not holding my breath for a return call.

  This should be a negative star! The most unprofessional office, no customer service, quick to take your money and slow to help the patient. If you need X-rays sent to this office DO NOT have them mailed in, personally bring them into this office they are tremendously un-organized and under staffed, the office staff stated they do not have enough employee's?? Lost our medical records now twice and want the patient to pay for another set. Let's not forget the 2 hour wait just to let us know they lost the records now AGAIN.

  These five (5) reviews do not paint a warm feeling that this doctor cares for the well-being of his patients. All of them have given a one (1) star. One stated he wish he could give this doctor a NEGATIVE STAR review. Over booking his patients appointment schedules, some patients are very upset the length of time they are in the doctor’s office past their schedule appointment time. This is TOTALLY unacceptable. You as a doctor took an oath to care for your follow man, not for the all mighty DOLLAR! I have an upcoming appointment. He’s got one chance. I highly recommend he screw up. And that statement is being generous.
